Burj Al Hammam is a Lebanese and Middle Eastern Restaurant in Riyadh. They have multiple branches across Saudi Arabia. In order to retain and engage their customers in today’s competitive market Burj Al Hammam management decided to take feedback from every customer while they are ready to leave after having their meal.
These feedbacks are taken as an insight view of a branch’s performance and customer’s emotion towards Burj Al Hammam services.
For collecting the feedback, Survey Monkey – an online survey tool has been used. This project was intended towards integrating the survey responses with Dynamics 365 so the customer profile, his feedback and the team has interacted with is all captured in one place
