System has an electronic file which contains all the personal information of employee with employment history, leave data and earning codes.
Leave Module has feature from where HR can assign employee leave quota, check employee leave and fill the employee joining form. HR can also run Leave settlement process of compensating employees for unused or accrued leave days upon departure. It involves calculating and disbursing monetary value for the taken leave in accordance with company policies and MOL
Employees can check their loans details in this module after approval also HR can reschedule loan as per employee requirement
Seamlessly integrated with attendance machines, system Automatically capture attendance, while its approval and processing features enable precise record-keeping for attendance deductions and addition as per organizational attendance policies and MOL
In payroll processing, HR initiates runs based on departments, worker categories, and positions. The system automatically retrieves all transactions within the selected time period for each employee. HR can modify transactions for deductions and allowances. The system also generates accruals transactions. After payroll submission, HR can create WPF files for multiple banks.
End Of Service Module
After approving the End of Service (EOS) request, HR calculates and generates the employee's end of service benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
